Local Health Service Networks survey

Victorian communities and the health service workforce are invited to share their experiences of healthcare to inform how care is delivered within Local Health Service Networks (Networks).
Networks will be established across Victoria from July 2025. Western Health and Mercy Health (Werribee Mercy Hospital) will form the West Metro Local Health Service Network from 1 July 2025.
Hospitals within these Networks will be responsible for supporting coordinated care to the Victorian community.
The survey is being conducted by the Victorian Department of Health.
The survey will be open until 8 June 2025 and is available to complete on the Engage Victoria website.
