What we do
Our rehabilitation services support people who are recovering from serious illness, injury or surgery. This may include:
- a stroke or other neurological event
- a new diagnosis of a condition such as Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis
- a major medical episode requiring a long hospital stay.
We focus on helping you regain your strength, mobility and independence. Our team will work with you to set goals that are important to you. We use a multidisciplinary approach, which means you’ll be supported by a team of different health professionals who work together to meet your needs.
