Specialist treatment and ongoing management for conditions of the kidney, bladder, prostate and urinary system.

What we do

Western Health Urology unit are a dedicated team of health care professionals committed to delivering expert, compassionate care for patients with conditions affecting the genitourinary tract.

Our wonderful team of specialist urologists, nurses and allied health professionals are skilled in providing treatment and ongoing management for a wide range of urological conditions.

Our unit combines clinical expertise with patient-centred care.

We collaborate closely with other hospital departments which includes radiology, oncology, pathology, other surgical and medical specialties.  This ensures each patient receives comprehensive and personalised treatment in a multidisciplinary environment.

Our commitment to evidence-based practice ensures that our patients benefit from the latest advancements in urological science.

At Western Health we have access to robotic technology facilitated by the arrival of the Da Vinci robot in February 2024.
