Vascular surgery

Providing diagnosis, treatment and surgical care for conditions affecting the arteries, veins and circulation.

What we do

The Vascular Surgery team treats people with diseases of their arteries and veins. We're based at Footscray Hospital and we provide services to people in the western suburbs. Our unit runs an outpatient session on Wednesdays where we treat about 50 patients per week. You can access our services after hours, 7 days a week.

Our team includes 6 consultants, an advanced vascular surgical trainee, registrar and resident.

Please note: You can be put on the operating list from both Footscray Hospital and Williamstown Hospital.
