We use our social media channels to inform the community about news and activities at Western Health. These channels are a place for you to learn about our work and connect with members of the community on issues that may affect you and your loved ones. 

We welcome your comments and encourage open discussion. To ensure these channels remain a respectful, inclusive space for everyone, we monitor all public posts and comments. 

Moderation of content

Western Health reserves the right to hide or remove posts and comments, or ban users for posting content, containing: 

  • offensive, obscene or abusive language
  • personal attacks of any kind
  • discriminatory remarks targeting individuals or groups based on ethnicity, race, religion, faith, disability, gender or sexual orientation
  • spam, repetitive comments or promotional material
  • copyrighted or trademarked content posted without permission
  • intentionally false or misleading information
  • ‘trolling’ – i.e. deliberatively provoking others with inflammatory or abusive comments
  • any other material we consider inappropriate.

Community standards
