We are situated in the centre of Sunshine conveniently located close to the Sunshine railway station for easy access to public transport. Free car parking is also available in front of the building.

We are expanding our team of experienced psychologists and psychiatrists with diverse backgrounds to better serve the community, without long waitlists.

We provide evidence-based mental health services to adults and adolescents presenting with a range of psychological difficulties, including major depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis, self-esteem issues, attention problems, substance dependence, anger management difficulties, sleeping difficulties, relationship issues, work stress, and many other mental health issues. Our team of experienced clinicians is committed to supporting you in overcoming these challenges and achieving optimal mental health.

We offer both face-to-face and online video consultations (conditions apply), as well as after-hours consultations.

For a consultation with a Psychiatrist, all new clients require a referral from their GP. For a consultation with a Clinical Psychologist, all new clients require a referral from their GP (with a mental health care plan) or a psychiatrist.

Once the referral is accepted by practitioners, we will notify the client via SMS to contact us to book the first appointment. Availabilities of practitioners vary, we will book our clients with the earliest appointment available. Relevant fee and pre-assessment details will be shared with the client at the booking.

Interpreter service can be organised upon request.
