Change or cancel your appointment

If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This is important because it: 

• may cause a delay in your treatment.
   
• will prevent other patients from being offered an appointment.
   

Due to high demand, we may be unable to change your appointment. In these circumstances, we cancel your appointment and put you back on the waitlist.
 

If you do not contact us and miss your appointment, you may be discharged from the service (you and your GP will receive a letter advising of this).
