For more information regarding the process for SEBS approval please click here. Pharmacy fees; Where WH Pharmacy resources are required, the following clause is to be included under Schedule 2: "Where there is a discrepancy between the Statement of Approval Pharmacy Fees and those entered under Schedule 2 of the CTRA, the higher of the two fees will apply" Note: Ensure that you have attached email endorsement from the WH OfR regarding the accepted review of the agreement when formally submitting your application for governance review. Failure to provide the relevant information will result in delays in review and authorisation of agreements.
