Please bring the following with you to your Adult Specialist Clinics (Outpatients) appointment if applicable:
- Appointment letter
- Medicare Card
- Pension Concession Card
- DVA Card
- TAC Number
- Work Cover Number
- Most recent blood test(pathology) results
- List of current medicines
- Most recent X-ray/MRI/CT films/report
- Most recent Mammogram films/report
- Most recent Ultrasound films/report
You will not need to stay overnight when attending appointments in Adult Specialist Clinics.
You may experience long waiting times whilst in the department. We recommend that you:
- Allow for child care
- Allow for parking
- Bring something to occupy your time – for example a book or magazine
- Bring a snack
Please be patient with staff as long waits occur for many reasons that are outside of their control.
