Our Ambulatory Care Unit helps you with your inpatient admission and timely discharge from hospital.
We achieve this by:
- providing you with care and treatment for a variety of conditions in a day unit setting
- providing you with acute care, if you're a suitable patient, at your home with Hospital in the Home
- supporting you when leaving hospital by coordinating your move home.
